JustWrite Ohio believes that teens have a unique voice and a story to tell; and that creative writing is a powerful tool for self-discovery which gives the power to transform lives and communities.
The program is three-tiered: Support, Competition, and Literacy.
I’m so grateful for JustWrite and the enthusiasm with which the organizers approach creative writing. As a new coach, I felt encouraged and supported, and my students are thrilled to be part of a larger community of writers. The materials on the website were incredibly helpful, and the tournament was organized in such a way that my writers were well-prepared and knew what to expect. I love everything about this competition. My storytellers finally have a platform to display their abilities, ideas, and passions. JustWrite gives so much support to both student writers and coaches. They make it easy, which allows students to flourish and just enjoy writing. My students and I will look forward to this competition every year. Thank you, JustWrite!
